Role:

This role leads improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve productivity, quality, safety, and delivery performance, while engaging and developing teams at all levels.

missions:

Design, implement, and sustain Lean Manufacturing systems, tools, and behaviors across the production line, ensuring measurable improvements in performance , alignment with business objectives, and strong engagement of all employees in continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the Lean roadmap in line with plant and corporate strategy.
• Lead the deployment of Lean Manufacturing methodologies (e.g. 5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED, Kanban, TPM, standard work).
• Establish and monitor Lean KPIs and performance dashboards.
