YOUR ROLE 

You take part in improving the overall yield and reducing scrap in a production line, contributing to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing performance. You also help us to transform insights into robust, standardized solutions for the shopfloor.

  • Analyze production and quality data to identify and quantify main yield loss drivers
  • Propose and validate corrective and preventive actions to improve yield and reduce scrap
  • Contribute to the definition and deployment of systemic solutions (standards, procedures, control plans) to secure and sustain improvements
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented actions
  • Apply the DMAIC / Lean Six Sigma methodology and statistical tools in collaboration with production, process and quality teams

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering (final-year student / internship)
  • Specialization or strong interest in industrial operations, process optimization and continuous improvement
  • Good analytical skills and ability to work with data (Excel required, knowledge of statistical tools, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC and quality tools (Pareto, 5 Why, Ishikawa, SPC)
  • Strong rigor, problem-solving mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work with cross‑functional industrial teams
  • Good communication skills and English proficiency
