YOUR ROLE
You will work on improving the Die Attach process yield in production using the DMAIC approach.
Main tasks:
- Analyze current Die Attach process performance and yield losses
- Apply the DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control)
- Identify root causes of defects and variability
- Propose, test, and validate improvement actions on process and parameters
- Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams
- Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and results
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Engineer/Master degree student in Industrial/Process Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of DMAIC and/or continuous improvement
- Good skills in data analysis and use of Excel & similar tools
