YOUR ROLE 

You will work on improving the Die Attach process yield in production using the DMAIC approach.

Main tasks:

• Analyze current Die Attach process performance and yield losses
• Apply the DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control)
• Identify root causes of defects and variability
• Propose, test, and validate improvement actions on process and parameters
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams
• Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and results

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Engineer/Master degree student in Industrial/Process Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge of DMAIC and/or continuous improvement
• Good skills in data analysis and use of Excel & similar tools
