YOUR ROLE 

 Production performance monitoring

  • Analyze production KPIs: OEE, yields, scrap rate, downtime.
  • Identify root causes of underperformance (equipment failures, process issues, organization).
  • Propose and follow up corrective action plans.
  1. Continuous improvement (Lean / 5S / Kaizen)
    • Participate in Lean Manufacturing projects: 5S, SMED, flow optimization.
    • Contribute to the standardization of work instructions.
    • Update and maintain production documentation.
  2. Support to production teams
    • Interface with operators, technicians, maintenance, quality, process engineers.
    • Support problem solving on the shop floor (5 Whys, Fishbone, QRQC, etc.).
    • Contribute to training and awareness of operators on new standards and procedures.
  3. Industrialization / tools deployment projects
    • Support ramp-up of new products or new equipment (qualification, tuning, validation).
    • Contribute to the improvement of routing, cycle times, and line balancing.
    • Help implement or enhance digital monitoring tools (MES, dashboards, reporting).
  4. Safety & Quality
    • Comply with and promote HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) rules.
    • Contribute to reducing non-conformities and quality incidents.

PROFILE

  • Engineer or Master’s degree student in Industrial/Process Engineering or equivalent
  • Knowledge of DMAIC and/or continuous improvement
