YOUR ROLE 

to support the improvement of production, and quality processes in the company. The intern must analyzes data and workflows, identifies inefficiencies, and helps design and implement solutions to optimize costs, time, quality, and productivity. 

Under the guidance of a supervisor, the intern must manages a structured end-of-study project (PFE), prepares technical documentation and reports, and collaborates with different departments (production, methods, quality, logistics) while applying industrial engineering tools and methods (Lean, time study, planning, KPIs, etc.).

Profile:

Engineer Genie industriel….

• Technical skills
• Lean Manufacturing (5S, VSM, Kaizen), Time and motion study, Line balancing
• Production planning and inventory management, basic ERP (SAP/Odoo/…)
• Quality tools: Ishikawa, 5 Whys, Pareto, FMEA
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, charts), PowerPoint
• Analytical skills
• Data collection and analysis
• Basic statistical analysis (descriptive statistics, capability)
• KPI monitoring (OEE, scrap rate, lead time)
