In this assignment you will be involved in ensuring that all relevant documentation is up to date, integrated, and easily available to staff, supporting the smooth adoption of the new data management practices. Priority focus will be given to HR analytical products, in particular to collecting requirements and supporting the drafting of the documentation necessary to implement them.

Support the identification and collection of relevant data assets, supporting their documentation – In this assignment you will be involved in helping identify, document and collect relevant datasets to support the development of analytical products (e.g. automated or operational dashboards, reports, etc.), cooperating with other members of the analysis team working on the development of HR analytical products.

Data analysis and visualisation – You will be involved in conducting a comparative analysis of EMA’s datasets against other organisations and their best practices, identifying gaps where EMA may lack critical data, analytics tools or practices required to support effective decision-making. You will assess whether additional data needs to be generated or whether existing data can be leveraged more effectively, and assist in transforming this data into compelling visualisations (e.g. dashboards) that highlight key insights for managers and other decision-makers.

Data-driven automation: Participate in the development of apps to facilitate the automation of manual activities, transforming them into transparent, effective and efficient digital workflows. Ensure that the data models behind these automated workflows facilitate analysis and automated reporting.
