Role Overview 

We are looking for a project manager with an interest in human resources and coordination to join our team. You’ll contribute to the design, implementation, and improvement of HR initiatives. You’ll help explore employee insights, review engagement activities, and collaborate on strategies that support our people and contribute to a positive workplace experience. 

Key responsibilities 

  • Contribute to the planning and coordination of HR projects and initiatives 

  • Participate in recruitment activities, including screening, scheduling, and candidate communication 

  • Support HR reporting and create accessible presentations or dashboards 

  • Collaborate across teams on HR-related topics such as onboarding, training, and employee engagement 

  • Participate in team meetings, workshops, and idea-sharing sessions 

About the ideal candidate 

  • You are pursuing a Master’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience 

  • Good proficiency in English 

  • Interest in learning about human resources and people management 

  • Comfortable working with people and developing professionally 

  • Enjoys working in a collaborative, multicultural environment 

*Apprenticeships are 1- to 3-year contracts where students alternate between academic courses at their school/university and hands‑on professional experience within the company.
