Company Description
Candidates are encouraged to apply to 2 or fewer internship roles during a given internship recruiting cycle.
As an Advertising Intern, you’ll support the development of marketing campaigns from early ideas to final execution. This internship is designed to give you hands on experience with project management, advertising fundamentals, creative development, and media planning. You will assist with day-to-day tasks, but you will also work on a meaningful 12-week project that shows how advertising campaigns come to life end-to-end.
Job Description
CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT
Support creative and media strategy work for upcoming campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
Assist with campaign and production budget tracking, including entering costs and keeping records up to date
Help manage timelines, including updating schedules and assisting with the creation of 2027 campaign workback calendars
Support media planning research, such as looking into platforms, channels, and recommendations for campaign placements
CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT & EXECUTION
Provide support in reviewing creative materials for regional event and consumer engagement initiatives
Participate in brainstorms and ideation sessions to help generate campaign ideas
Assist in organizing creative assets and files, including saving, renaming, and archiving materials
Help maintain creative matrixes used to track campaign assets
CORPORATE IDENTITY SUPPORT
Help collate stadium branding requests and distribute assets to internal teams
Support tasks related to maintaining and updating fleet branding materials
TEAM & OPERATIONAL COORDINATION
Attend weekly team meetings and occasional regional meetings; take notes and share action items
Help consolidate updates for the weekly creative deck shared across the team
Provide general team support, including competitive research (ex. trends, emerging technologies), planning meetings, and coordination tasks as needed
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in college/university as an undergraduate or graduate student
Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship
Shows initiative through academics, work experience, or extracurricular involvement
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A growth mindset, with the ability to learn quickly, adapt to new environments, and incorporate feedback
Additional Information
The compensation for this position is $28 per hour.
