Business Support Intern

Integrated to the Management Committee of Lombard Odier T&O Service (Europe) SA, as a Business Support Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in corporate governance and administrative support for executive leadership. This internship will provide exposure to legal frameworks, risk management, and decision-making processes within a corporate environment. Working closely with experienced professionals, you will develop essential skills in organization, communication, and confidentiality.

 

YOUR ROLE

Coordination and preparation of presentation materials for the Management Committee (Townhall, ExCo, etc)

Drafting & circulation of meeting minutes

Preparation of Reporting such as Reg Reporting

Management of common mailbox,

Coordination of internal (sport committee, etc) & external events

Procedures/Policies Management :

  • Coordination with their respective managers regarding deadlines for updating procedures

  • Coordination of the formal validation process

  • ·Management of publications on the Intranet and communication with LOT&OS Employees

 

YOUR PROFILE

Strong writing skills in French and English

Very good command of Words and Office package.
