JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers and other stakeholders to support the delivery of various projects and initiatives
  • Assist with product research and analysis, including market research, user research and competitive analysis
  • Assist in writing and editing articles, captions, and short-form content for websites and social media platform.
  • Monitor content performance and engagement, and assist in compiling basic performance report.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and scrum ceremonies to provide updates on project status and contribute to decision-making processes
  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market plans and product launches
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and research projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Media Studies or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills of English and Malay (Chinese is an added advantage)
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Passionate about the digital ecosystem and eager to learn about new technologies and trends in the field
  • Basic understanding of digital content trends and audience engagement.
