About the Role
- Support the S&T teams on various ongoing projects (strategy, corporate development, CEO Office, business transformation)- For the team to access a pool of potential future employees from the soon-to-graduate batch of students
Responsibilities:
Conduct industry/market and competitor research, including market sizing to identify and assess trends/opportunities
Support internal and external data gathering and translate data insights into meaningful reports
Collect data, conduct research and analysis, and synthesize findings
Apply problem-solving skills and support specific activities on projects (e.g. data analysis, etc.)
Develop and maintain various inhouse databases/ dashboards
Support the internal / external communications by management on content research and initial key messages
Support evaluation and execution of strategic initiatives, including M&A and commercial partnerships
Assist in financial and commercial analysis, financial modelling, including valuation support and business case development
Support due diligence processes for active transactions and strategic investments (if any)
Assist in the preparation and support of relevant workshops (including ideation workshops, strategic alignment and change)
Support preparation of executive‑level materials (presentations, briefings, and analysis) for senior management
Work on cross‑functional special projects, collaborating with teams such as Distribution Channels, Finance, Legal, Product, and Operations
Support internal process improvement initiatives and analytics that enhance efficiency and decision quality
Other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements
Requirements:
An undergraduate or post-graduate degree candidate in Finance / Economics / Business related disciplines at a leading accredited university
Working knowledge of AI and generative AI tools
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to critically evaluate and synthesize information
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills required
Proficiency in other Asian language preferred
Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
