Au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines France, sous la responsabilité de la Responsable Recrutement France, l’alternant(e) intégrera les équipes recrutement et formation, pour contribuer au développement de notre attractivité en France.  

Vos missions ?

Recrutement des métiers industriels : 

  • Recueil et qualification des besoins auprès des managers industriels

  • Rédaction et diffusion des offres d’emploi sur notre SIRH Workday

  • Sourcing ciblé (jobboards, CVthèques, réseaux locaux)

  • Tri des CVs et réalisation des appels de pré-sélection

  • Organisation et pilotage des sessions collectives de recrutement pour les métiers de la production

  • Reporting régulier auprès des HRBP industriels

  • Constitution et animation d’un vivier actif d’opérateurs

Actions de marque employeur et campus management : 

  • Participation aux forums emploi et salons

  • Développement et suivi des partenariats écoles

  • Promotion des métiers industriels

  • Contribution à la visibilité et à la marque employeur locale

  • Animation auprès de la communauté d’alternants

Formation & Développement : 

  • Mener l'audit et la refonte globale de notre parcours d'intégration (Onboarding) afin de structurer une expérience adaptée à chaque type de contrat 

  • Structurer et centraliser l'ensemble de nos parcours de développement (Learning Hub) pour optimiser l'expérience apprenant  

Votre profil ?

  • Étudiant(e) en cours de formation en Ressources Humaines (minimum Bac+3

  • Intérêt marqué pour les domaines du recrutement et de la formation.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.

  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en étant un membre actif d'une équipe.

  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des réseaux sociaux.

  • Curiosité intellectuelle, désir d'apprendre et de se développer dans un environnement professionnel stimulant.
