About the Role

Eintrittsdatum: je nach Verfügbarkeit ab dem Wintersemester 2026/2027

Dauer: 6 Monate

Perspektive: Verlängerung Werkstudierendentätigkeit oder anschließende Abschlussarbeit

 

Information zur Abteilung:

 

Die Supply-Chain-Koordination sorgt für einen reibungslosen Materialfluss zwischen den Werken und stellt Transparenz über zentrale Kennzahlen sicher. Das Team unterstützt das Tagesgeschäft, analysiert Daten und arbeitet an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen entlang der gesamten Lieferkette. Zudem begleitet die Abteilung kleinere Projekte und optimiert Prozesse sowie Systeme.

 

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

 

  • Unterstützung bei der Betreuung und Koordination der Lieferketten der Werke
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Berichten sowie Auswertung ausgewählter Kennzahlen
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei regelmäßig anfallenden Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
  • Mitarbeit an verschiedenen kleinen Projekten und Sonderthemen in der Supply-Chain-Koordination
  • Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Aktualisierung von Stammdaten in unseren Supply-Chain-Systemen
  • Vorbereitung von Präsentationen und Unterlagen für Meetings und Abstimmungen

 

Das sollten Sie mitbringen:

 

  • Technisches oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium (z. B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL, Logistik, Supply Chain Management)
  • MS Office Kenntnisse (Excel, PowerPoint und Teams)
  • Grundverständnis von logistischen Abläufen, Materialfluss und Supply-Chain-Prozessen
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten sowie sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
