About the Role

Eintrittsdatum: je nach Verfügbarkeit ab dem Wintersemester 2026/2027

Dauer: 6 Monate

Perspektive: Verlängerung Werkstudierendentätigkeit oder Praktikum bzw. anschließende Abschlussarbeit

 

Information zur Abteilung:

 

Die Abteilung "Operations Engineering Battery Systems", bestehend aus dem New Product Launch Management und dem Manufacturing Line Planning, verantwortet die vollständige Industrialisierung (Projektmanagement, Konzeptionierung und Implementierung von Produktionslinien zur Montage von Module und Packs) von neuen Batterieprojekten (BEV / PHEV) beginnend ab der frühen Akquisephase bis hin zur Übergabe an das produzierende Werk.  

 

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

 

  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Produktionskonzepten für Werke im Produktionsverbund
  • Erstellung und Optimierung von Standards und Templates (Methoden, Tools) zur Planungsunterstützung für den Fachbereich
  • Unterstützung bei UseCase 3D Planungssoftware (u. a. Prozessplanung, Zeitwirtschaft, Ergonomie, Layout, Austaktung / Line Balancing)
  • Erstellung von Reportings und Managementpräsentationen
  • Unterstützung bei der Integration von KPIs (z. B. Flächen-KPIs)
  • Bei entsprechenden Simulationskenntnissen Durchführung von Simulationsstudien mit der Software Siemens Plant Simulation 

 

Das sollten Sie mitbringen:

 

  • Technisches oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium (z. B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik)
  • MS Office Kenntnisse (Excel, PowerPoint und Teams)
  • Grundkenntnisse in CAD oder Fabrikplanungssoftware (AutoCAD, CATIA, ProE, Solidworks, Process Simulate, ...)
  • Idealerweise erste Kenntnisse in Software Siemens Plant Simulation
  • Kommunikationsstärke und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
