Who we are looking for:     

We are looking for an Appian Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience. The internship roles are a great opportunity to experience how real, web-scale software is designed, implemented, tested, and released.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shadow experienced Appian professionals to gain insight into the implementation and customization of the platform.
  • Assist in conducting research on Appian best practices and industry trends, and present findings to the team.
  • Support the creation of Appian workflows, forms, and reports under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the functionality and performance of Appian applications.
  • Collaborate with team members to document and maintain Appian configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your understanding of Appian functionalities and capabilities.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving basic Appian-related issues.
  • Contribute to developing user training materials and resources to facilitate end-user adoption of Appian.
  • Take part in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to share ideas and contribute to ongoing projects.
  • Embrace a learning mindset and actively seek opportunities to expand your knowledge of Appian and related technologies.

 

Required Skills / Experience:

  • Excellent task management in team-setting as well as individually tackling short-term projects

 

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Salary Range: $15.00 Hourly

Location: Hybrid -- HIL HQ @ Vienna, VA (Mondays & Wednesdays only)
