Role Overview:
As an HR Intern - Recruitment Coordinator, you will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating various hiring activities. You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes, enhance your organizational and communication skills, and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline.
As an HR Intern - Recruitment Coordinator, you will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating various hiring activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
Assist in sourcing candidates for open roles through job boards, social media platforms, and networking. Screen resumes and applications to match qualifications with job requirements. - Interview Coordination:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Communicate with candidates to confirm interview details and assist with any logistical arrangements. - Candidate Communication:
Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and answering inquiries as needed. - Recruitment Administration:
Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks such as updating applicant tracking systems, preparing recruitment reports, and organizing candidate documentation. - Job Postings & Advertisements:
Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, company website). - Onboarding Support:
Assist the HR team with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, documentation, and scheduling orientation sessions.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- A strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job boards) is a plus.
