What you will do

This position develops leaders within the Supply Chain Management organization of Kenvue and will be responsible for business critical reporting in addition to supporting special projects.  There are multiple open positions across our Supply Chain and Operations teams, all will be based at Summit, NJ.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and improve efficiency 

  • Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings 

  • Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to meet business objectives 

  • Participate in inventory management and demand forecasting activities 

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function 

  • Support supply chain operations 

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of supply chain strategies 

  • Support the coordination of logistics and transportation activities 

  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities 

  • Present project work and key accomplishments to leadership and Kenvue employees 

  

Required Qualifications 

  • Candidate must be actively enrolled, pursuing either a Bachelors degree, and be at least a sophomore  

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status) 

  • Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (such as Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, etc.) 

  • A minimum GPA of 3.0 Cumulative is strongly preferred 

  • Possess a strong interest in supply chain management 

  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and attention to detail 

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment 

  • Candidate must be able to work full time (40 hours per week) during the duration of the co-op position.   

  • Hybrid role based in Summit, NJ. Candidate must have reliable transportation to and from work 

  

Desired Qualifications 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with V-Lookups, Pivot tables, etc.) 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members; proven leadership ability 

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines 

  • Passion for learning and a proactive attitude towards professional development 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency  

  • Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently within a matrix environment where tight timelines exist 

  • Willingness to investigate, solve, and leverage data to develop recommendations.   

  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements.  

  • Familiarity with supply chain software and tools is a plus

What’s in it for you

Hourly pay rate for new hires in this position ranges:

$20.00 - $45.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
