About the Role

Job Description

Responsabilidades:

  • Administrar procesos e implementar mejoras en el área de comercialización.

  • Mejoramiento y automatización de Dashboards de comercialización

  • Responsable por el mejoramiento del desarrollo de los Dasboards de comercialización de venta y la mejor manera de automatizarlos Consolidación reporte de inventarios&rotaciones

  • KPIs de cuentas claves

  • Proyecciones de ventas

  • Consolidación de las proyecciones de ventas: Consolidar mensualmente la proyección de ventas enviada por el equipo de Kams, y representantes de oncología y vacunas.

  • Desarrollar análisis del mercado para la toma de decisiones con base en esta herramienta.

  • Creación de clientes: Responsable por la creación de códigos y sub códigos de despacho a clientes.

Actividades Secundarias

  • Actualizar venta semanal del reporte 360 Apoyar en presentaciones P.P. del equipo

  • Atender solicitudes puntuales y operativas que requiera el equipo

  • Generar el proyecto como pasante del área de comercialización basado en el mejoramiento y automatización de los Dashboards del área.

Educación & Experiencia:

  • Estudiante en práctica en administración de empresas, ingeniería industrial y/o Marketing con habilidades en el diseño y desarrollo de Dashboards, bibliotecas virtuales, y sistematización de cualquier proceso relacionado con documentos.
  • Dominio Excel avanzado.
  • Ingles
