We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition Intern to support the Recruitment team in daily hiring activities, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and reference checks.This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process while working closely with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate is communicative, people-oriented, and has strong administrative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all administrative aspects in Recruitment, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing top talent, coordinating interviews, and conducting thorough reference checks
  • Maintain and update candidate records in our database, ensuring information is current and accurate
  • Responsible to handle WhatsApp and candidate chats


Requirements
  • Fresh Graduate or Final Year Student from Psychology, Management, or related field
  • Interested in administrative processes and data-driven work
  • Tech-savvy, familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (GSheets, GDocs, GSlides)
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fast learner, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team
  • Willing to work from office for a 3-month internship period
