Client Service Intern

Are you a highly motivated and client-focused individual with a passion for digital and social media? We Are Social is seeking a Client Service Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Client Service Intern, you will be exposed to various aspects of account management within the creative and social media industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships
  • Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
  • Research and identify potential influencers by considering brand/client fit
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide valuable insights to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and genuine care factor
  • Currently enrolled in an Australian tertiary course that enables you to undertake an internship/placement in line with the requirements of your course, and that counts towards your course credit points for the degree
