Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Support in Product Allocation: Assisting in product allocation to ensure that line downs at the customer are avoided
  • Basic Support for GIP Supply Chain: Performing simple tasks, primarily in MS Excel to support the GIP Supply Chain
  • Collaboration with Product Marketing and Development: Working closely with Product Marketing and Development on product disposition
  • Product Structure Maintenance and Data Analysis: Maintaining product structures and performing data analysis tasks
Further Information:
Type of employment: Temporary / Full-time or Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 12 months

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Education: Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business related field
  • Technical Skills: Basic MS Office knowledge as an advantage 
  • Soft Skills: Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Language Skills: Excellent English skills, German as a plus
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf).
