The opportunity:

Hitachi Energy Vietnam is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Communications Intern to support our corporate communications team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of internal and external communications within a leading global technology company.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • You will assist in drafting internal communications materials, including intranet content, and presentations, support the creation of external communications, such as press releases, social media posts, and website content.

  • You will conduct research and gather information for communications initiatives and campaigns, help manage and organize communications assets, including image libraries and media contacts databases.

  • You will monitor media coverage and social media conversations relevant to Hitachi Energy, support event planning and execution for internal and external communications activities.

  • You will perform other administrative duties as required to support the communications team.

  • You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

  • You currently third-year students, pursuing bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or a related field.

  • Prior internship or relevant experience in a communications role is a plus but not required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in a professional context.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Interest in technology and a global business environment is desirable.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
