Job Description

  • support global leadership and talent initiatives to foster development and growth
  • contribute to feedback cycles and goal-setting processes to strengthen performance management
  • assist with coaching formats and 360° feedback processes to further develop our leaders
  • help organize events and strengthen our internal leadership community
  • analyze data and trends to enhance talent and reward systems
  • coordinate workshops and contribute to projects on AI and leadership to drive innovation

Qualifications

  • you are studying psychology, business, or social sciences with a focus on HR, ideally at the master’s level
  • first practical experience from internships, preferably in HR or related areas
  • confident in using MS Office and communicating with different stakeholders
  • curious about using AI tools to enhance and simplify daily work
  • reliable, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • excellent written and spoken German and English skills
