Core Responsibilities
The intern will support preparations for the new SAP S/4HANA system in packaging development and independently implement projects for optimizing daily logistics processes. Responsibilities also include independently managing projects focused on waste avoidance, implementing rationalization projects to reduce logistics costs, and tracking results across international manufacturing sites.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Technik und Planung: Du unterstützt uns bei der Vorbereitung auf das neue SAP-System S/4HANA im Bereich Verpackungsentwicklung. Du setzt Projekte zur Optimierung von Logistikprozessen im Daily Business selbstständig um.
  • Kreativität und Freiraum nutzen: Du begleitest eigenverantwortlich Projekte zur Vermeidung von Verschwendung bei Bosch und bringst eigene Ideen ein. Effizienz und Optimierung stehen im Fokus. 
  • Vernetzt: Du setzt Rationalisierungsprojekte zur Reduzierung von Logistikkosten um und verfolgst die Ergebnisse auch in anderen Werken des internationalen Fertigungsverbunds.
  • Ganzheitlich denken: Du hast stets das große Ganze im Blick und berücksichtigst alle Einflussgrößen und Bereiche.
  • Teamwork: Du bist Teil eines vielfältigen Expertenteams und pflegst Beziehungen zu Querschnittsbereichen (Fertigungs- oder Zentralabteilungen) und externen Dienstleistern.

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: kaufmännisches oder technisches Studium (Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wertschöpfungsmanagement, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen o.ä.)
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: strukturiert, engagiert und teamfähig
  • Qualifikation: MS-Office, Kenntnisse bzw. Interesse im Bereich SAP, Data Science und I4.0 von Vorteil
  • Begeisterung: Lean Management und Optimierung, Arbeiten im Querschnitt mit anderen Fachbereichen
  • Sprachen: Deutsch, Englisch

Dauer:  20-26 Wochen
