As a Client Services Intern, you will support the transformation of our clients' businesses by assisting in the delivery of new opportunities across their digital ecosystems. You will work closely with our account teams to foster partnerships that deliver measurable impact. This role provides a deep dive into digital transformation and business results within a fast-paced agency environment.

Located at Nieuwe Herengracht right in front of the Hortus Botanicus, you will have access to our diverse network of specialists by collaborating across our twelve European studios.  You will work in an environment which fosters a meritocratic culture and encourages ownership, and you will be surrounded by some of the brightest minds in their fields.  

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Team Support: Assist collaborative partnerships with key clients to help deliver against business objectives.
  • Growth Assistance: Help identify organic growth opportunities through existing client relationships.
  • Presentation Preparation: Support the team in framing client challenges and defining project approaches through research and deck preparation.
  • Briefing Support: Learn to effectively synthesise and communicate client requirements into clear briefings.
  • Delivery Coordination: Assist in orchestrating service delivery to ensure overall client satisfaction.
  • Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across various studios, disciplines, and partners.
  • Process Evolution: Support continual process improvements across AKQA's evolving service offering.

EU working rights are required. Either through a EU Citizenship or Study Programme in the Netherlands.

This is a 5 days a week internship for a duration of 6 months.
