Junior Business Operation Excellence Specialist - e-Xperience Program Associate

For this role, we’re looking for 1 Associate. 

What you’ll be working on? 

• Process execution: You will accurately and effectively perform assigned operational tasks in accordance with our standards and procedures.
• Catalog optimization: You will co-create and optimize one of the largest product catalogs in Europe, learning how to manage data on a scale of millions of records that land in millions of shopping carts every day.
• Working with data: You will work with large datasets, drawing conclusions and extracting insights that contribute to the development of our processes.
• Cooperation and communication: You will closely cooperate with your team members and – if necessary – support other departments in achieving operational goals. You will work with internal operational tools.
• You will support the team in identifying bottlenecks in business processes and proposing improvements.

This role is for you if you:

• You want to look "under the hood" to see how a massive dataset operates in practice, and you aren't afraid of the challenges that only arise when working on a macro scale.
• You are fascinated by building systemic processes that, instead of fixing a single error, eliminate thousands of inaccuracies with just one click.
• You like analysis and are able to draw logical conclusions from a large amount of data
• You feel comfortable working with data visualization or project management tools (e.g., Jira).
• You know English at B2 level
