Junior Business Controller - e-Xperience Program Associatete

For this role, we’re looking for 2 Associates.

What you’ll be working on?

• You will support: 
  • the heartbeat of Allegro's logistics by providing financial insights to the Operations Team, ensuring our courier network stays profitable while maintaining lightning-fast delivery speeds…
  • …or Commerce business by evaluating profitability, analyzing performance drivers and providing data-driven insights to optimize planning, reporting and executive decision-making
• You will verify financial data and partner with managers to help identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
• You will be prioritising your daily and weekly tasks in a dynamic environment, learning how to balance regular reporting deadlines with urgent "ad-hoc" requests.
• You will develop your communication and "storytelling with data" as you present insights to diverse stakeholders, learning how to adapt your message for both finance experts and business teams.
• On a daily basis, you will support logistics operations or commerce as a financial business partner, helping stakeholders understand and manage their costs.

This role is for you if you:

• Are familiar with (or curious about) AI tools and are ready to learn how to use them to optimize your daily reporting tasks.
• Would like to learn from experts how to act as a true Business Partner, moving beyond basic data entry to influence decisions through professional controlling insights.
• Like analyses and can draw logical conclusions from complex logistics and commerce data to help our team understand the "big picture."
• Feel comfortable working with diverse stakeholders, enjoying the "finance meets operations" bridge where you help others understand and manage their revenues and costs
• Are focused on detail and accuracy, understanding that your role is to verify the data that forms the foundation of our business decisions.
• Know English at B2+ level
