Role |

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Intern to assist our key account management team. The ideal candidate will excel in administrative tasks, possess strong organizational skills, and have excellent communication abilities. This role is crucial for maintaining seamless client relations and supporting the operational needs of the team.

Responsibilities |

Administrative Assistance:

  • Assist the key account management team with various administrative tasks.
  • Help maintain and update client databases and records to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Ticketing and Client Management:

  • Handle the Ticketing Pipeline of the Key Account Management (KAM) team.
  • Provide general support in client communications, including follow-ups and responses.

VIP Programme Support:

  • Scrape and document every booking related to the VIP programme.

Documentation and Process Management:

  • Keep Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Notion pages updated with the latest processes and information.
About you |
  • You are currently studying and able to enroll on an internship agreement
  • C1 Spanish level and C1 English level
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
  • Organized, able to follow up processes and to deliver fast follow-up
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable in working with cross-functional teams
  • Able to put pressure on stakeholders for fastest resolution
  • Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or related field is a plus
