The Global Human Resources Business Partner provides support for Global support functions Leaders/Managers. He/She supports the senior HRBP by helping on Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Reward and Recognition. This includes but is not limited to providing administrative support, ideas, preparation of key documents in the following critical areas within HR: change management; talent acquisition and talent management; planning practices; engagement and retention; organizational development and training; compensation and benefits; employee relations; HR compliance, and general policy administration, organization design.

 

Missions: Execute HR programs and policies as well as provide day-to-day HR support for assigned business

Work with the business managers and HR team to design and implement talent development, engagement, performance, diversity, inclusion and retention strategies

Partner effectively with geographic HR teams to provide consistent, excellent HR services and support

Ensure that our C&B policy and processed are applied and in line with each local labor market (merit increases, geographical mobility...)

Support the Global HRBP on identifying current talent pipeline for critical positions and develop strategies to manage bench strength

Ensure data accuracy on the HRIS by coordinating it with regions

Coordinate the recruitment with the help of the recruitment CoE

 

Profile:Essential: Master’s degree from a Business School or University

1st HR experience in a multinational environment English

Adaptable, creative, process oriented, good communication and presentation skills, trustworthy, reactive

Desirable: HR Specialised a plus

Project management skills

Experience in 1/3rd party Logistics provider or distributor

Multi-site experience

Depth of knowledge in French employment law
