Core Responsibilities
The intern will support the creation and revision of vocational training concepts, including KPI dashboards and knowledge databases, while also focusing on the digitalization and standardization of training documents. Responsibilities also include assisting with the revision of training tools, creating training materials, researching and testing AI tools like Co-Pilot, and supporting training events and marketing activities.

About the Role

Information zur Abteilung:

 

Die globale Ausbildung von DRÄXLMAIER umfasst mehr als 1.200 Auszubildende weltweit. Um den hohen Standard des dualen Ausbildungssystems auch international bestmöglich umzusetzen, müssen das Recruiting der Auszubildenden, die fachliche Ausbildung sowie regelmäßige Überprüfung und Dokumentation sämtlicher Inhalte optimal miteinander verschmelzen.

 

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

 

  • Unterstützung in der Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Berufsausbildungskonzepten (z.B. KPI-Dashboard, Wissensdatenbank)
  • Digitalisierung und Standardisierung von Ausbildungsunterlagen
  • Unterstützung in der Überarbeitung von Ausbildungstools/-systemen
  • Erstellung von Schulungsmaterialien für Ausbildungszwecke
  • Recherche und Testen von KI-Tools (Co-Pilot) für die Berufsausbildung
  • Unterstützung bei Events und Marketingmaßnahmen der Ausbildung

 

Das sollten Sie mitbringen:

 

  • Technisches oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium (z. B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL)
  • MS Office Kenntnisse (Excel, PowerPoint und Teams)
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit KI-Tools (ChatGPT, Copilot)
  • Affinität für Bildungsthemen und Auszubildende
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
