Responsibilities also include creating presentations, delivering prevention lectures, supporting communication regarding health checkups, and contributing to health analyses and quality management.

Das Gesundheitsmanagement der BMW Group am Standort Dingolfing betreut rund 20.000 Mitarbeitende und führt arbeitsmedizinische sowie Eignungsuntersuchungen durch. Der Präventionsgedanke steht im Mittelpunkt unserer täglichen Arbeit und bietet dir die Möglichkeit, praktische Erfahrungen in der betrieblichen Gesundheitsförderung zu sammeln.

 

Was erwartet dich?

  • Du unterstützt bei der Planung, Implementierung und Evaluation von Gesundheitsprogrammen und Pilotprojekten.
  • Außerdem wirkst du bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Gesundheitsevents mit.
  • Darüber hinaus unterstützt du beim Erstellen von Präsentationen zu Präventionsangeboten und Kommunikationsvorlagen.
  • Zudem informierst du in Meisterrunden und hältst Präventionsvorträge.
  • Außerdem unterstützt du die Kommunikation zu Gesundheitsuntersuchungen und nimmst an Kernteamtreffen teil.
  • Darüber hinaus wirkst du bei der Erstellung von Gesundheitsanalysen mit und nimmst an Gesundheitsgesprächen mit Führungskräften teil.
  • Zudem unterstützt du beim Kennzahlenmonitoring sowie im Qualitätsmanagement und bei Zertifizierungen.

 

Was bringst du mit?

  • Studium im Bereich Gesundheitsmanagement oder vergleichbar.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
  • Arbeitsmedizinische Grundkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeit.
  • Bereitschaft zum flexiblen Einsatz im Team.
  • Einfühlungsvermögen und Freude am Umgang mit Mitarbeitenden.
  • Führerschein der Klasse B.
