2nd Year Law Student (Summer Student) - Mississauga, ON

Position Description:

Linde has an opportunity for a second-year law summer student to work in its Legal Department in its head office in Mississauga, Ontario. The student’s time will be potentially split between working in the office and working remotely from home, as determined by Linde and by the nature of the work required. The job will consist of providing support to the Legal Department, including working on legal documents, assisting counsel on transactions and the Legal Assistants on administrative matters, as well as working directly with business clients.  

The duration of the position is from mid-May to mid-August 2026 and pay rate is $24/hour-$25/hour.



Qualifications:

LL.B. / J.D. students who are currently completing their second year of law school.  Applicants should possess the following skills:

  • Strong communication skills (drafting and verbal)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • General computer proficiency (including Word)

Strong preference will be given to those who have had experience working in a law firm or with legal documents.
