About the Role

About the job:

 

  The Enterprise Architecture team is looking for a motivated Intern Assistant to support our global architecture  

  governance and community engagement activities. You will support the Allianz Technology Enterprise Architecture  

  Team in managing community sessions, governance activities, and internal communications.

 

 What you´ll do:

  • Support planning and execution of global architecture community sessions and meetings

  • Coordinate virtual session logistics (webinars, invitations, agendas, presenter coordination)

  • Schedule and coordinate architecture governance review sessions

  • Create and manage tickets for governance activities

  • Support understanding and documenting architecture governance review decisions

  • Track and follow up on action items and decisions with stakeholders

  • Design and produce regular architecture newsletters and communications

  • Create engaging visual content following corporate brand guidelines

  • Leverage AI tools to enhance EA processes and documentation efficiency

  • Maintain decision logs, governance records, and community pages

 

What you bring:

  • Good written and verbal English (B2 level minimum)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

  • Experience with collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, or similar)

  • Willingness to learn and use AI tools for communications and documentation

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Able to work independently on assigned tasks while seeking guidance when needed

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and team player

  • Comfortable working in multicultural environments

  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Information Systems,

 

  Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of architecture modelling notation (e.g., ArchiMate)

  • Understanding of enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or IT governance concepts

  • Experience with knowledge management or ticketing platforms

  • Basic graphic design skills

  • Additional languages (Spanish)

  • Part time: Monday to Friday, 09am-2pm
