About the Role

Norwest Equity Partners (NEP), which is a downtown Minneapolis private equity firm, is seeking a law student that has completed at least one year of law school for a part-time (10-15 hours per week) law clerk internship position. This position will start in early-May and go through the summer. The first few weeks for orientation/training will be in our office. After that, flexibility to work in our office or remotely. The hourly rate for this position is $25/hour.


This is an ideal role for someone that is interested in M&A work and is looking for experience and exposure to corporate and transactional work. The primary focus of the role will be to review and negotiate NDAs that are typically between our firm and potential portfolio companies that we are looking to do business with.
