Esta es una oportunidad de aprendizaje dentro de nuestro departamento de Finanzas, específicamente en los procesos de cobranza y control financiero. Aquí desarrollarás experiencia técnica con capacitación y acompañamiento continuo, en un ambiente profesional, innovador y colaborativo.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestión de Cartera: Administrar la recuperación oportuna de la cartera de clientes de acuerdo con la política de crédito y cobranza.

  • Control de Pedidos: Ejecutar la liberación de pedidos en el sistema, revisando importes, límites de crédito y vencimientos, gestionando las autorizaciones necesarias.

  • Maestro de Datos: Asegurar que la creación y mantenimiento de clientes sea correcta en el sistema, colaborando estrechamente con RSS, área comercial, contratos y squads.

  • Procesos Administrativos: Generación de Notas de Crédito (NDC) por descuentos comerciales.

Para integrarte a nuestro equipo de Finanzas, buscamos el siguiente perfil:

  • Perfil Académico: Ser estudiante activo de la carrera de Finanzas, Contaduría, Administración o afines.

  • Disponibilidad: Capacidad para realizar la pasantía por un periodo mínimo de 1 año y medio (18 meses).

  • Habilidades: Persona organizada, metódica, con atención al detalle y mentalidad innovadora.

  • Actitud: Excelente comunicación, actitud proactiva y un alto compromiso con su desarrollo profesional.
