Job Description Summary:

Are you ready to jumpstart your scientific career with a year-round internship at the Cobb-Vantress laboratory? We are seeking a driven and passionate intern to join our team. As an intern at the Cobb lab, you will gain hands-on lab experience, develop critical skills, and be part of a company that values innovation, sustainability, and excellence. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Current Undergraduate or Graduate student in good academic standing with at least year of school remaining. Biological or Animal Science majors preferred.
  • Experience: Previous work experience in any field is preferred. Work experience within the scientific field is strongly preferred but not required.
  • Computer Skills: Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Excel, familiarity with Teams, Outlook and Word. Ability to navigate browser-based applications.
  • Special Skills: Ability to multitask, motivated self-starter, and collaborative.
  • Work Hours: Must be able to work, in person, 40 hours through the summer and up to 20 hours throughout the school year as classes allow.
  • Application Requirements: Resume must state your expected graduation date and your area of study. Candidates considering further education after degree completion must highlight this on their resume to ensure full consideration.
  • Location: Students must be within a commutable distance to our Cobb World Headquarters in Siloam Springs, Arkansas which is 60 miles or less.
