The role

Apprentice - IT Commercial Area Support

We are looking for a person for the role of Commercial Apprentice in IT, who will join the commercial team to support client management, opportunity tracking, and the organization of information related to technological solutions. This position is ideal for those who are starting their career in the commercial field, have an interest in technology, and show a strong willingness to learn and develop in a sales environment.

The person in this role will provide support to the commercial team at different stages of the sales process, assisting with both operational and administrative activities within the area. They will interact with commercial teams from different countries and collaborate in the internal coordination of requests, follow-up of activities, and organization of key information to facilitate the work of account managers. This will be a role with continuous learning opportunities within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

 

What you will do:

 

  • Support the commercial team in tracking business opportunities and updating information in commercial tools or CRM systems.
  • Provide support in the internal coordination of requests and activities related to the sales process.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of commercial proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Support the management and organization of commercial information to facilitate the team’s operations.
  • Participate in the daily activities of the commercial area, learning about sales processes, client relationship management, and technological solutions.

  • Student studying a technical or technology program in commercial operations, commercial management, product sales and services, marketing management, international negotiations, external commerce and related administrative fields.

  •  

    Genuine interest in the commercial area, sales, and business development.

  •  

    Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and work teams.

  •  

    Tolerance for frustration and openness to receiving constant feedback as part of the learning process.

  •  

    Autonomy, proactivity, and a strong willingness to take on challenges and acquire new knowledge in a commercial environment.
