About the Role

Your mission

Start now as a Working Student in HR (20 hrs/week) at Rail-Flow in Frankfurt am Main and become part of our international team. With us, you’ll take on responsibility, contribute your own ideas, and gain hands-on experience across modern HR topics – here’s what awaits you:

  • Employee Support & Employee Lifecycle: You’ll support the entire employee lifecycle – from recruiting and onboarding to employee support and offboarding.
  • Applicant Management: You’ll screen applications, coordinate interviews, and be part of our international talent scouting activities.
  • Event & Project Organization: You’ll organize team events, support HR projects, and bring fresh ideas to our processes.
  • HR Organization & Digitalization: You’ll help ensure smooth HR operations – from maintaining HR data and documents to supporting the digitalization of our processes with modern tools such as Personio and AI.
  • Trend Scout: You’ll research HR trends and bring new ideas into the team.


Your profile

  • You are an enrolled student and have successfully completed the first semesters of your studies – for example in HR, business administration, psychology, social sciences, or a comparable field.
  • You want to take on responsibility, contribute your ideas, and grow together with us.
  • Teamwork, reliability, and strong organizational skills are among your strengths.
  • You are communicative – in German (C1+) and English – and enjoy working in an international environment.
  • You are digitally savvy and enjoy exploring new tools and technologies.
  • Previous HR experience is a plus, but not a must – we’re happy to support you as you get started!
