About the Role

Event Fundraising Intern- National Headquarters, Memphis, TN

Ducks Unlimited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Fundraising Intern to join our virtual auction team at National Headquarters. This role offers hands-on experience supporting the Event Fundraising Division and contributing to the success of DU’s annual Into the Vault auction.

Key Responsibilities

· Photograph various auction items including firearms, decoys, art, and miscellaneous DU/waterfowl collectibles

· Edit auction photos through use of Photoshop and Canva

· Maintain inventory records of all items available for auction

· Manage intake and storage of new auction items

· Help with organization and day-to-day tasks for the Into the Vault fundraising team

What We’re Looking For

· Inquisitive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individuals

· Knowledge and understanding on the intricacies of taking photos through the lens of a DSLR or DSLM camera

· Proficiency in Photoshop and Canva

· Ability to work independently in a professional office setting

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Internship Details

· Duration: Summer 2026 (May-August, depending on applicant’s schedule)

· Schedule: Minimum 3 days per week, up to 40 hours per week
