Role Summary/Purpose:

The Production Quality and Testing Administrator will support the Waynesboro Quality and Testing teams to provide testing reports and production, quality and test documentation so that proper root cause analysis and quality investigations can occur if needed. In this role, you will have a high impact to on customer satisfaction and allow us to deliver on time with excellent quality to our customers.

Essential Responsibilities:

As the Production Quality and Testing Administrator, you will: Ensures that all quality, production and testing documentation is properly scanned and stored to track the lifecycle of the units for any future quality issues that might arise;

  • Assist with the “type” test reports by creating proper labels and other documentation so that products can ship with testing reports;

  • Track and log all non-conformances so reporting and analysis can be conducted;

  • Assist with analysis as needed / directed;

  • Maintain and keep all records in proper filing systems, both electronically and paper;

  • Maintain and update excel files with test data for Quality / Engineering teams to perform proper analysis;

  • Perform basic interpretation of trends and create pivot tables, graphs and presentations as needed to properly communicate these trends to management and employees;

  • Update various tracking systems and ensure others providing data are reporting timely;

  • Automate and design future testing electronic systems to help streamline the process;

  • Perform any special assignments assigned by the Quality leader to support the business.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Associate's Degree in Business Administration or Quality from an accredited university or college;

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing environment;

  • Ability and willingness to work overtime, including week-ends as needed to meet customer requirements. Desired Characteristics: MS office proficiency;

  • Excel intermediate to expert proficiency;

  • Experience supporting Quality testing teams;

  • Strong oral and written communications skills;

  • Ability to communicate with transparency;

  • Ability to collaborate with the team;

  • Strong organizational skills;

  • Problem-solving skills
