Investment Bank: Fixed Income & Currencies
Fixed Income & Currencies brings together a top-ranked institutional sales force, world-class research with trading and structuring expertise across Foreign Exchange, Rates, Credit and Emerging Markets. The Fixed Income & Currencies business enables Deutsche Bank to respond to increasing automation, regulatory expectations and client demand for standardisation and transparency in execution across fixed income, currency and emerging markets.
Investment Bank: Investment Banking & Capital Markets 
Investment Banking & Capital Markets aims to build long-term, trusted and mutually beneficial relationships with the major corporates, financial institutions, financial sponsors and sovereigns around the world. Our businesses cover Investment Banking Coverage, Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Equity Capital Markets (ECM), Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) etc.

Your key responsibilities and required skills

•    Looking for candidates with strong interest in Investment Bank –  Fixed Income & Currencies (FIC) or Investment Banking & Capital Markets (IBCM). Ideal candidate should be a fast learner, attending to details, good with numbers.
•    Require candidates to be able to communicate well with the team, able to commit to work in terms of full attendance as agreed, and able to stay focused
•    Our interns are given the opportunity to learn about our business from different viewpoints, giving you a career advantage.
FIC:
•    Offer great exposure to how sales and trading work during market movements, with open environment that encourages discussions
•    Daily tasks involve data collection/maintenance of trading activities, market movements, DB’s pitch books/marketing materials
•    Assist team members in ad-hoc projects, fact finding, market research, documentation, KYC related task etc.
•    Administrative work including record keeping, data mining/analysis, liaise with back office when needed

IBCM:
•    Working on our day-to-day business as well as on special projects, you will contribute to the innovation of new ideas to help our customers achieve their financial goals
•    You will gain experience in different areas of our business and discover our market-leading solutions firsthand
•    Tasks may include credit research, preparing industry and market analyses for pitches, or getting involved in the execution of live deals
