Key Responsibilities:
* Extract, consolidate, and analyze data (sales volume, inventory, historical sales) to prepare periodic reports (Monthly and Weekly).
* Track and update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Planning department, such as Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias and Inventory.
* Assist in monitoring inbound shipment schedules from factories and suppliers to the central warehouse to ensure supply continuity.
* Support data preparations and slides for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meeting.

* Prepare slide for Demand & Supply Review meeting with Supply Planning hub team
* Participate in and support continuous improvement projects within the Supply Chain department in data visualization, process and other initiatives to improve productivity and effectiveness.

Requirements:
* Senior student or fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or related fields.
* Strong logical thinking, data analytical skills and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (ability to use basic data analysis functions, Power BI and DAX language).
* Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
* Proactive, eager to learn, and an excellent team player.
