About the Role
Internship for Failure Analysis team

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • To support engineer on failure analysis task in the laboratory
  • To support analytical activities related to package/process technologies using various analysis tools (optical microscope, scanning acoustic microscope)
  • Sample preparation techniques in failure analysis lab


Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering  (Electrical / Electronics / Chemical) or Science (Chemistry / Physics / Material), or any related field
  • Minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
