Your Role
We are seeking a versatile and organized individual who can handle a variety of responsibilities in the team, from content creation to data analysis and event planning.

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Shape the future: Support the development and implementation of internal communication strategies, including creating and editing content for various channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters, presentations)
  • Reliable work: Assist in planning and organizing internal events, such as workshops, training sessions, and team meetings
  • Take responsibility: Create and design presentation materials, including slides, posters, and other visual aids
  • Teamwork is dreamwork: Provide administrative support to the Assistant of our Senior Vice President
  • Holistic overview: Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the team, such as data analysis, research, and document management


Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Study field: Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g., communications, business, computer science)
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Experience: Experience with design and presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is an asset
  • Way of working: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and able to have discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Language skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages is a plus)

Important information:
  • Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
  • Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
  • You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
