Role Overview:

Join Maxis as an AI Solutions & Development Intern, where you will gain hands-on experience building and enhancing intelligent systems across UI, backend, and AI-driven platforms. This role offers exposure to end-to-end solution development, including AI automation and research, while contributing to innovative call center technologies such as Voicebot and Agent Assist.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Stack Development
Support both UI and backend development to build scalable and user-friendly solutions.
Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration between front-end interfaces and backend systems.

2. AI Development & Automation
Assist in developing AI-driven features and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
Apply AI/ML concepts to enhance system capabilities and support intelligent workflows.

3. AI Research & Innovation
Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to enhance existing platforms.
Contribute ideas and insights to drive innovation within ongoing projects.

4. Voicebot & Agent Assist Implementation
Support the rollout and enhancement of Voicebot and Agent Assist platforms for call center solutions.
Work closely with teams to test, optimize, and improve these AI-powered tools for better user and customer experiences.

5. Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
Approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, experimenting with new ideas and technologies.
Continuously iterate on solutions to improve performance, usability, and impact.

Value-Added Project

The intern will contribute to the development and rollout of next-generation AI-powered call center solutions, including Voicebot and Agent Assist. This project provides hands-on experience in combining UI, backend, and AI technologies to create impactful, real-world applications.
