During this Technical Administrator Traineeship, you will gain practical skills in maintaining component compliance and change orders, locating and filing manufacturer documentation for CE/UL regulatory requirements, managing records in a product management system, and handling SAP preparation, routings and exemptions to support hardware supply. You’ll also develop variety of soft skills by working in an Agile team—improving cross functional communication, attention to detail, documentation and archival practices, and process improvement and time management abilities.

 

What you will do:


•    Assist with administrative tasks related to technical projects, ensuring smooth operations
•    Support the engineering team in organizing technical documents and data for easy access and efficiency
•    Collaborate with different departments to ensure the availability of necessary technical resources

•    Students studying Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Innovation and technology management or similar 
•    Interest in the technical field and administrative tasks to contribute effectively to the team’s daily operations
•    Curious, passionate individuals eager to bring fresh ideas, adapt to change and learn quickly
•    Candidates who are willing to take initiative, challenge themselves, and make a positive impact
•    High proficiency in English, both verbal and written

  • You are available and ready to commit to the traineeship full time (Mon-Fri) for at least standard period of 01.06-14.08.2026
