About the Role

Deine Aufgaben

  • Organisation von Reise- und Hotelbuchungen
  • Pflege von Unterlagen, Datenbanken und administrativen Prozessen
  • Unterstützung der Zeitwirtschaft (Arbeitszeiten, Abwesenheiten, Korrekturen)
  • Mitarbeit bei HR-Dokumenten (Verträge, Änderungen, Schreiben)
  • Pflege digitaler Personalakten & Onboarding-Unterstützung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR, Backoffice, Operations und Betriebsrat

 

Dein Profil

  • Eingeschriebene/er Student/-in (Bachelor/Master)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office & hohe IT-Affinität
  • Erste Erfahrung im administrativen Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Diskret, detailorientiert und lernbereit
