The opportunity

This role is to support our internal clients (European factories/sites in ten countries) in two areas of Supply Chain Management:

  • Operational Procurement of Indirect Materials and Services – various activities from within the Procure to Pay process (order handling, supplier identification, invoice issue resolution and others).

  • Fleet management – assisting our internal customer with the end to end process of selection, ordering and maintenance of the company cars (benefit or service cars).

Initial assignment is for 3 months, with potential of extension.

How you'll make an impact

Operational procurement:

  • PR to PO (purchase requisition to purchase order) process

  • Invoice issue resolution

  • Inquiry support

  • Contact with customers, internal stakeholders and suppliers

Fleet management:

  • Managing the pool of company cars, especially in terms of car ordering, responding to day-to-day queries, such as order/delivery status, contract extension, fuel card issues, headless cars availability, fines, car handover, contract termination and others, reviewing the invoices

  • Maintenance of the existing database, archiving documentation, preparing reports using MS Excel

  • Close collaboration with the customers, internal stakeholders and suppliers

Your background

  • You are a currently enrolled university student graduating in 2027 or later

  • You are interested in Procure to Pay process

  • You can effectively communicate in English and Polish (C1 level)

  • You are a quick learner

  • You are proactive

  • You have good work organization skills
