About the Role

Your job

Get-e, a travel-tech company, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supplier Onboarding Intern to support our Hotels team. In this role, you will help onboard hotel partners onto the Get-e platform and assist with building strong relationships with our global suppliers.
This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supplier onboarding, partner communication, and travel technology. You will work closely with the Hotels team and learn how hotel partners are integrated into our systems and processes to ensure smooth collaboration with our airline clients.


Your profile

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist with onboarding new hotel partners onto the Get-e platform.
  • Support communication with hotel suppliers during the onboarding process.
  • Help organize training materials and documentation for hotel partners.
  • Assist with monitoring supplier accounts and daily portal operations.
  • Support the team with data tracking, reporting, and internal coordination.
  • Help collect supplier feedback and contribute to process improvements.
 
Your profile

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working with tools such as Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Interest in travel technology, hospitality, or supplier management
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • You are available for 6 months, on-site, 4–5 days per week
