Core Responsibilities
The intern will assist the Project Manager in executing campus Capex projects, including drafting tender documents, coordinating procurement, and managing communication with suppliers and stakeholders. Responsibilities also involve managing project progress, cost, safety, and quality throughout the lifecycle, alongside handling meeting minutes and document control for engineering files.

The Position

项目管理

  • 协助项目经理执行园区Capex 项目，如办公室装修、实验室改造、新建楼宇等大型项目。
  • 协助项目经理进行项目招标文件撰写以及协调采购进行项目招标确定服务商。
  • 协助项目经理进行项目过程中供应商、用户、利益相关方沟通协调工作。
  • 协助项目经理进行罗氏总部工程文件的编写和审核，若有需要针对项目与总部工程团队进行沟通和协调。
  • 协助项目经理进行项目的进度、成本、安全、质量管理，对项目进行生命周期管理，从启动到交付。
  • 负责项目会议记录和行动跟踪。


文档管理

  • Capex项目文档管理流程起草及审批，项目文件命名标准变化。
  • 项目管理过程中文档流转签字及归档。
  • 项目共享文件夹权限管理以及电子档文件归档。
  • CFE建筑文档定期盘查，若需要报废及时申请报废。

其他：

特种设备以及能源管理工作支持，处理数据以及现场查验仪表标签情况
